Assyrtiko in Anthesis
Beschreibung
Anthesis refers to the blossoming phase of plants, one of the prettiest times of the year. Some of the juice from the organically grown Assyrtiko is wild fermented in Acacia barrels and some is cold fermented in stainless-steel tanks giving it an amazing texture and freshness.
Notes of fresh oyster shell and rock melon the nose, giving way to ripe lemon and brioche flavours on the palate. Creamy, yet fresh with crisp acidity. Try with shellfish, octopus, calamari, greek salad or seafood risotto.
