Cantina Lavis Pinot Grigio

Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades. The foothill and valley vineyards of Lavis and Gardolo, provide the perfect growing environment for Pinot Grigio. This Pinot Grigio by Cantina Lavis is left to age on the lees for approximately 5/6 months before bottling.

Intense golden yellow colour, this elegant Pinot Grigio has a warm and inviting bouquet, rich in aromas of ripe fruits and honey. It has a distinctive rich minerality, with a long and fruity aftertaste. Try with shell fish, grilled sword fish, light pasta dishes or seafood salad.

Cantina Lavis is an historical winery located at the heart of the Trentino subregion of Italy. Founded in 1850 by the Cembran family, it has been a cooperative since 1948, bringing together the best from farmers and winemakers in the region.
