Lumière Incertaine

Like a brilliant burst of dawn light, this beer is a call to adventure in the wild. A superb West Coast IPA that blurs the lines between the modern style and a reinvented classic, it is hopped with Citra, Strata, Strata Cryo, Idaho 7, Idaho 7 Cryo, and Idaho 7 Dynaboost. Despite a somewhat hazy appearance, this is unmistakably a West Coast IPA, highlighting the hops' resinous bitterness. The bitterness hits right up front, then finds balance in a slightly rounder mouthfeel that breaks through the hops like early morning light—delivering a ray of sunshine that will keep you coming back for more.
