Mabis Biscardo Prosecco Spumante Millesimato Rose

A refreshing Rose Prosecco from Italy’s long-running Biscardo family who produce wines from their base in Soave, Veneto. Hand harvested Glera and Pinot Noir grapes are immediately carried to the vinification cellar during the first hours of the day before soft pressing and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks. The blend of the two varieties is made before the refermentation process, to increase the intensity of the aroma. 

Salmon pink in colour with a fine and persistent bubbles. Intense and aromatic on the nose with hints of red currant, wild strawberry and rose petal. It's elegant, smooth and velvety on the palate with a harmonious dry finish. Try as an aperitif or with fish.

The Biscardo Family have been making wine from their base in Soave for over 150 years and have vineyards close to Barbarano, in the proximity of Euganei hills and Abano, a worldwide famous area for its thermal wellness centers due to sulphurous and curative waters.
