Malagouzia in Anthesis
Beschreibung
Anthesis refers to the blossoming phase of plants, one of the prettiest times of the year. The juice for this delicious wine is fermented in stainless-steel to retain its aromatic characters. It is then stirred on its yeast lees for 3 months to develop texture.
A wine yellow in colour with green hues. Fig-tree-leaf and ripe peach dominate the nose whilst juicy red pear and more peach are in balance with a fresh acidity on the palate. Try with greek salad, shellfish or grilled white fish.
