Perusini Ribolla Gialla

Made with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, a native Friulian grape. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, followed by six months of ageing on the fine lees.

Bright straw yellow in colour with golden highlights. The aroma is fruity with notes of pear and yeast. On the palate, it's savoury and complex with a long finish. Perfect as an aperitif. Try with seafood or shellfish. 

Right on the Slovenian border in North East Italy, 3 brothers (Carlo, Tommaso and Michele) run the Perusini winery. They vinify exclusively grapes from the Friuli Colli Orientali DOC. The estate’s vineyards are located on terraced hillsides. The vineyard makes some of the most elegant, subtle and certainly gastronomic wines you're likely to find.
