At Sir John, a good beer is one meant for sharing. It’s the kind of beer that calls for good company—laughing and having fun under the summer sun. So, what better way to get everyone together than by meeting up at the municipal pool?

We brewed this beer with our new pals from Burdock in Toronto. These masters of all things lager inspired us to create a classic Kellerbier, hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh and Saphir. It’s light, easy-drinking, and has a slightly rounded mouthfeel, featuring herbal notes reminiscent of black tea and lemongrass, all with a hint of fruitiness on the finish.
