Signor Vino Vermentino

The Signor Vino collection showcases some of their favourite Italian grapes, grown locally and epitomises their Italian heart and Australian soul. The grapes are sourced from Adelaide Hills, Riverina and Riverland and boast high quality, concentrated fruits.

Pale straw yellow in colour with green hints. Lively aromas of citrus, green apple and a touch of jasmine on the nose. A delicate blend of fruits on the mid palate including mandarin, peach and pear. This flows to grapefruit acidity and a hint of pineapple creating a fresh cleansing finish. Try with barbeque seafood, fried calamari, white pasta or stuffed zucchini flowers.

Mino & Co like to keep it simple and aim to display their Italian heritage through a selection of wine styles, while adopting innovative techniques amongst traditional winemaking methods passed down through many generations. They work closely with their vine growers across the country, carefully sourcing their Italian varietals for the Signor Vino range from low yielding vineyards across the Riverina, Riverland and Adelaide Hills.
