Solstice d'Eté Cerise

The distinct, dominant acidity of Solstice d'Eté is achieved naturally by allowing the unboiled wort to sour for a few days. This is complemented by the addition of a phenomenal amount of whole fruit during fermentation. The result is a highly refreshing beer in which the acidity and the fruit take center stage.
