Tandem Ars In Vitro Tempranillo Merlot

Tandem's vineyard philosophy is based around sustainable farming and using minimal intervention, while maintaining the vineyard’s health and viability. The wine was aged for a minimum of 24 months in concrete vats. Bottled by gravity with minimal filtration.

A fresh, unoaked Tempranillo and Merlot blend that expresses the power of the cool climate and mountain terroir of Yerri Valley. Red plum and black fruits are layered with mineral notes and a hint of violet, through to a deliciously long finish. Try with grilled steak, roast beef, beef carpaccio, lamb, hearty stews, tomato pasta, mushroom pasta, charcuterie or mild cheeses.
