Tarquin's Mexican Zest & Salt Gin

The multi award-winning range of Tarquin's Cornish Gins uses botanicals that are meticulously hand sourced. Macerated with grain spirit for 12 hours in their alembic copper pot stills, before traditional distillation with a naked flame to collect the purest heart for their gin.

This is their Cornish tribute to the legendary margarita. Best enjoyed with a light tonic or served in a fiery picante! Crafted on the Wild Cornish Coast in small batches. Lovingly infused with zingy fresh lime, sweet agave, juicy citrus and Cornish sea salt.

Southwestern Distillery in Cornwall was founded by Tarquin himself in 2012. A classically trained chef from the Cordon Bleu in Paris, Tarquin used this experience and lots of experimentation - over 100 trial batches were tested - to create the base for the self-named range of gins that continue to thrive. The original dry gin stays true to the perfected recipe, with 12 key botanicals and meticulous production.
