Timmermans, the oldest lambic brewery in the world still in operation. Timmermans Kriek Black Pepper is a good quality, cherry lambic with an almondy dryness with the addition of black pepper. Lambic is a type of beer traditionally brewed in the Pajottenland region of Belgium, near to Brussels.
